I had a terrible experience at Magic Nails Reno. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were talking loudly amongst themselves and ignoring me while I was getting my nails done. The technician did a sloppy job and didn't even bother to clean up the excess nail polish that got on my fingers. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and loud, definitely not relaxing like a nail salon should be. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
